Our Menu

Blind Tiger will be providing a selection of food and beverages for sale at our Winter Market that capture the spirit of European cuisine as well as some festive favourites!

Food

Flammkuchen $17.95

This traditional dish from the Alsace region is a thinly rolled dough topped with a creamy base, bacon and onions then baked in a woodfire oven. It’s something we’ve never offered at Blind Tiger but is sure to become a fan fave!

Margherita Pizza $16.00

We know that you love our classic Margherita pizza during our summer season and we decided to bring back a smaller size for this event! Our classic pizza dough topped with house made marinara, mozzarella and basil!

Käsespätzle $14.95

This is a German dish that screams comfort food to the max! Soft egg noodles, AKA spätzle, are layered with cheese and topped with onions for a creamy, delicious dish you’ll love!

Glühwein With Cup Deposit $14.30 / Glühwein Refill $9.30

Glühwein is a German mulled wine made with red wine simmered with festive spices and fruit to create a festive drink that will keep you toasty as you enjoy this holiday event!

Eggnog With Cup Deposit $11.95 / Eggnog Refill $6.95

This is a holiday classic that we know and love! Our head chef has created a house made eggnog that is rich, delicious and perfect for the season! Those who are so inclined can also spike theirs with a little rum for an additional $4!

Hot Chocolate With Cup Deposit $11.95 / Hot Chocolate Refill $6.95

What is a winter market without a cozy cup of creamy hot chocolate? Perfect for kiddos or those who want to stay warm without the buzz!

In addition to our offerings listed above, we have some amazing vendors providing even more delicious hot food and drinks for purchase during our market!

Rose Hill Farms will be selling their homegrown cider, both bottled to take home and hot to drink at the market!

Fritz’s Bakery will be bringing their incredibly popular German style pretzels, Stollen and bratwurst and more!
