This wine is done in the classic French rose style and is made with 100 percent Pinot Noir grapes. Notes of cranberry and raspberry on the nose. It’s not too sweet and it leaves you with a dry finish. This has been Blind Tiger’s bestselling wine 3 years in a row. Pairs well with Okanagan summers and evenings on the patio!
This wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Gewürztraminer. Done in the Prosecco style, it has flavours of raspberry, cherry, and apricot. The sparkle makes it a great wine for food pairings, try it with everything. Great for celebrations, or everyday. Because isn't everyday something to be celebrated?
Green apple, rose and a unique petrol nose, leading to flavours of lime and lemon. With a wonderful tart finish, this wine would pair great with any high-fat food, such as tempura, fish and chips, or other deep-fried foods.
Our first Merlot! An instant classic, this Merlot has deep tones of cherry and plum. Two years spent in French, American, and Hungarian oak barrels have made this wine wonderfully full-bodied and well balanced. A wine that may rival our Speakeasy Red!
Our classic Bordeaux Blend (Meritage) style wine with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Syrah. Deep aromas of Lapin Cherry, Plum, Blackberry and Cedar. Barreled in American Oak, this full-bodied wine is the choice of red wine lovers. Ensure to decant before drinking. The tannins of this wine will allow a long cellar life of up to 8 years plus.
Blind Tiger’s first Ice Wine! Apricot, lychee and mango on the nose. Fresh pineapple and tropical flavours that are cut through with a light acidity that makes this wine a wonderful dessert on its own. Or pair with sweet desserts.
